San Bernardino State of the City event focuses on Investing in Our Future

Local dignitaries, businesses and members of the public are expected to join elected officials for San Bernardino’s State of the City event at the Double Tree by Hilton today, May 30.

The city has announced this year’s theme as “Investing in Our Future,” and will underscore the transformative impact recent public and private investments have made in San Bernardino. The presentation, to be given by San Bernardino Mayor Helen Tran and her fellow City Council members, will also highlight recent achievements of many San Bernardino residents and organizations.

Christopher Thornberg, Founding Partner of Beacon Economics and one of Southern California’s preeminent economists, will also be sharing his insights on the local, regional, and national economy.
