Star gazing returns to San Bernardino County Museum

Cosmic Nights return to San Bernardino County Museum

The San Bernardino County Museum is holding Cosmic Nights again on September 23rd.

Cosmic Nights with their partner, the San Bernardino Valley Amateur Astronomers (SBVAA), will have telescope viewing starting at 8pm. The event will take place outdoors, weather permitting, and guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

The San Bernardino County Museum will have its galleries open during the event. General admission is $10 (adult), $8 (military or senior), $7 (student), and $5 (child ages 6 to 12). Children five and under are free. Museum Association members receive a 50% discount on admission. The museum is accessible to persons with disabilities.

The partnership helps SBVAA, founded in 1958, achieve their goal of introducing the community to astronomy, to organize amateur astronomers in the San Bernardino Valley area, and to increase knowledge and excitement in astronomy.
