Country Archer Provisions launches new product line

A local manufacturer of protein meat snacks has launched a new meat stick line.

Country Archer Provisions, which processes high-protein meat snacks in a 72,000 sq. ft. facility in San Bernardino, is now offering an Ancestral Beef Blend meat stick in two bold flavors; Original which is infused with authentic cracked pepper and garlic and Spicy, a fiery blend of red and white pepper, habanero, and chili powder.

“At Country Archer, our aim is to produce better-for-you snacks made from only the highest quality and nutrient-dense ingredients, featuring bold flavors and textures, often venturing into uncharted territories,” said co-founder and CEO of Country Archer Provisions, Eugene Kang. “Considering the rise in demand for organ meats, we set out to create a delicious and nutrient-rich snack specifically for these consumers. Packed with beef liver and heart, low in sugar, and abundant in protein, this meat stick offers a protein-packed punch.”

Country Archer said its jerky and meat sticks are made with extra-lean, grass-fed beef and antibiotic-free turkey and pork, and are free of nitrites, MSG, gluten, antibiotics and added hormones. Country Archer meat snacks are available at more than 30,000 natural, traditional, and convenience stores nationwide, including Costco, Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Wegmans, Walmart, Target, Albertson’s, Safeway, Kroger, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Love’s Travel Centers, Hudson News and many more.
