Extended stay hotel coming to Hospitality Lane

Extended stay hotel coming to Hospitality Lane

A new, extended stay hotel is coming to Hospitality Lane following approval by the San Bernardino Planning Commission last week.

The new Everhome Suites will be a four-story, limited-service hotel with 114 rooms. The users of this type of mid-range hotel typically stay for more extended timeframes and include business travelers and families who are looking to relocate, are renovating their residence, or attending sports tournaments.

The rooms will come equipped with a kitchenette, which includes a small stove, sink, dishwasher, utensils, cooking appliances, pots and pans, and a full-size refrigerator. Each room will also include a wheeled desk/workstation. Some of the suites include in-room washing machines and dryers, although there is a laundry facility available as a guest amenity. Rooms will be constructed with noise-dampening windows and blackout curtains for the most comfortable stay. The lobby will offer various meeting spaces and workstations and will include a convenience market with a variety of snacks, grocery items, and small meals that can be eaten on the go or prepared in the guest rooms.

Everhome Suites will operate seven (7) days a week, between the hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, with hospitality staff on call 24-hours a day. The facility will be managed with one (1) to five (5) employees on-site daily, which may vary depending on room occupancy. Additionally, on-site services include 24-hour access to snacks/sundries, a 24-hour laundry facility, a modern fitness center, and a multi-purpose lobby area.

The goal is to open the hotel in about one year.
