Las Brisas Apartments in San Bernardino sells for $5 million

Las Brisas Apartments in San Bernardino was sold to a private investor for $5 million according to CBRE. The transaction was handled by Cray Carlson with CBRE.

The Las Brisas Apartments, built in 1979, are located at 3665 North E St. and features 35 units, including 26 one-bedroom, one-bath and nine two-bedroom, one-bath apartments. The two-story gated community is in proximity to San Bernardino Valley College, Loma Linda, and Ontario International Airport.

“The seller had found a property he wanted to purchase and needed to divest of this one quickly,” said
Carlson. “We found the right buyer, and Las Brisas went under contract just two days after it was put on
the market and closed escrow in under 60 days.”

He added, “San Bernardino continues to be a great investment, and we continue to see strong demand
for multifamily properties in this region.”

Carlson and his team have been working in the Inland Empire for more than 32 years.
