A Gas Station and Convenience Store at 2734 Del Rosa Avenue in San Bernardino has been sold for $2.7 million.
The transaction included both buildings and the property they occupy, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Progressive represented the seller, a Rancho Cucamonga resident who owns gas stations throughout Southern California. The buyer was represented by REMAX in Upland.
The gas station has 4 fueling positions and an approximately 2,764 square foot convenience store that sells a variety of grab and go snacks and holds a Type 20 liquor license for the sale of beer and wine.
“Persistence and a solution oriented way of dealing with challenges along with prompt attention to the parties and to dealing with the issues is how this transaction was closed,” said Victor Buendia, Senior VP of Gas Station and Car Wash Sales at Progressive Real Estate Partners in a statement. “We get things done. From top quality marketing materials and exposure of the property to the superior service we provide.”
The station is located directly adjacent to an off-ramp to the 210 freeway and is only minutes away from Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, the San Bernardino International Airport, and the San Bernardino Soccer Complex which brings in 750,000 annual visitors.

…gee, seems like a bargain given the location and projected income statistics…
GREAT bargain for the buyer…. what’s in it for the seller,I wondered….
Wow, I grew up in the Del Rosa area. Right down the street from there. I’m glad to see someone making a difference in that area. It used to be really nice and safe. I’m 62yrs old and I was 3 when my parents bought their 1st home in that neighborhood. Lots of memories. But it’s heartbreaking to see it now 💔 😢
