Local dignitaries were on site last week for the grand opening of a new housing development in San Bernardino.

Supervisor Joe Baca Jr., Mayor Helen Tran and Mayor Pro Tem Juan Figueroa attended the grand opening ceremony for Verdemont Ranch Estates development, located at 7129 North Little League Drive.

Built by GFR Homes, Verdemont Ranch Estates features 20 elegant homes, on 1-acre minimum lots. Each 3,200 square ft. single-story main house comes with a 500 square ft. attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Plus there’s an option to add an additional ADU in the backyard.
