San Bernardino library to hold annual sale

The Friends of the San Bernardino Public Library will hold its annual book sale Aug, 22 and Aug 29.

Both events are scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Norman F. Feldheym Central Library, 555 W. Sixth St.

Books, magazines, DVDs, and music will be available at discount prices. Most hardback books will cost $1 each, paperbacks and children’s books start at 25 cents each or five for one dollar. Most CD’s will cost $1.

The money raised will help support programs at San Bernardino’s four libraries. The Aug, 29 sale will the annual “fill the bag” event, in which attendees will be able pay $3 to fill a bag with books.
