A youth football clinic will take place this Spring sponsored by the City of San Bernardino Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services. According to the notice from the City, “The Youth Football Clinic is designed to give the youth in our community the opportunity to stay active while continuing to practice and bettering their skills in football.”
The program will be heavily drill-based and will focus on developing health and fitness and specific football skills. The clinic is 4 weeks long and will run twice a week. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed. It was not stated specifically what those guidelines entail.
There is a $45 fee for residents and a $50 fee for non-residents. The program fee includes a T-Shirt and a football for every participant to keep. The program is for kids 5 to 12 years old and is coed. The program runs from April 5 to April 29.
