WelbeHealth, a physician-led company that provides comprehensive health care services for seniors, has opened a new center in San Bernardino.
Located at 1819 Western Avenue North, WelbeHealth’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) center offers seniors art classes, exercise groups and special events. The center contains a medical clinic, rehabilitation gym, recreation space and a separate space for dementia care.
“At WelbeHealth, we lead with our values-driven culture and our commitment to quality and compliance,” said Si France, MD, Founder and CEO of WelbeHealth. “As we expand…, we’re dedicated to giving these seniors the highest-quality care, offering them the chance to thrive at home, surrounded by the love and support of their community.”
PACE is a model of care, that addresses the gaps left by the underfunded and fragmented long-term care system. By delivering comprehensive health and supportive services for seniors, PACE achieves higher median survival rates compared to nursing homes and waiver programs, even while serving a frailer population. PACE also saves taxpayers $10,000 per participant each year, in addition to providing better health outcomes.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information visit welbehealth.com or call toll free (888) 530-4415.
