Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards Gala set for Nov. 18

The 23rd Annual Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards will be held Nov. 18 at the Riverside Convention Center.

The event, sponsored by US Bank, recognizes the Inland Empire’s top innovators, risk-takers and business leaders, according to a statement released by the center.

A combined 32 businesses and individuals will compete for the Spirit of the Entrepreneur award in seven (7) different categories. The event will also include the final stage of the Garner Holt Student Fast Pitch Competition, in which participants will have a brief period of time to present a business plan to a panel of judges.

Money raised goes to students pursing a business degree at the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration at Cal State San Bernardino.

The event, which will begin with a networking session, is scheduled to be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The dress code is black tie or formal/business formal.
