Cal State San Bernardino welcomed an estimated 1,785 admitted students, their family members and guests to Choose CSUSB Day 2026.
The event, held March 21, allowed potential students to visit the campus, meet with students and faculty, and get a feel for student life, according to a statement on Cal State San Bernardino’s website.
Workshops and resource fairs offered helpful insights, giving students important information about next steps in the admissions process and the opportunity to accept their offer of admission to CSUSB in the fall.
By the end of the day, 331 admitted students agreed to enroll for the fall semester. To date, 1,361 first-time freshmen and 2,083 transfer students have signed up to attend classes this fall, a year-over-year increase in undergraduate commitments of nearly 29 percent.
Eighty two faculty members have also said they will return following a sabbatical, according to the statement.
