Taxpayers reminded to pay property tax before incurring penalties

San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) Ensen Mason encourages property owners to pay the first installment of their property taxes which were due last Friday, November 1.  The final day to pay without incurring a 10% penalty is Tuesday, December 10, 2024. The Tax Collector’s Office offers many convenient ways to pay, including online, by phone, by mail, and in person.

The Tax Collector encourages taxpayers to pay online for the most convenience and security. There is no charge to pay online when paying with a checking or savings account. Bank fees apply for credit card payments. Please visit our website at www.MyTaxCollector.com. Payments may also be made by phone at (909) 387-8308 or (760) 241-8829.

Mailed payments should be sent to SBC Tax Collector at 268 West Hospitality Lane, First Floor, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0360. Only payments with a USPS postmark cancellation on or before December 10, 2024, will be considered timely.
