Rowe Branch Library reopens to public following renovations

The Howard M. Rowe Branch Library in San Bernardino is once again open as contractors completed upgrades to the building. Rowe Library, located at 108 E Marshall Blvd, San Bernardino, CA 92404, was closed in January to allow crews to improve the public restrooms at the location.

The library reopened on Monday, March 6, and has resumed its normal operating hours and community programs.

All San Bernardino Public Libraries are open Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. San Bernardino libraries are closed on Fridays and Sundays. The Paul Villasenor Branch Library is currently closed for renovations.
