San Bernardino County Committee Taking Applications for Open Seat

The San Bernardino County Committee on School District Organization is accepting applications to fill a vacant seat.

The County Committee is responsible for considering proposals to change the organization of one or more school districts. The term “organization” applies to altering the number of trustees, establishing trustee areas, school district boundary changes, and/or unification.

Applicants must be a registered voter residing within San Bernardino County and cannot be employed by any school district, community college district or county office of education in any capacity in any county.

County Committee are typically held on the third Wednesday of every month at the Dorothy Inghram Learning Center at 670 E. Carnegie Dr., San Bernardino, CA. 92408.

Interested applicants can download the interest form. The deadline to apply is 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13.
