Students at Crafton Hills College (CHC) will soon have an easier time when looking to transfer to a University.
CHC has partnered with California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) to form the Coyotes on the Horizon partnership, designed to create seamless transfer pathways for Inland Empire students.
The partnership focuses on streamlining the transition from CHC to CSUSB, increasing Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) completions, and enhancing awareness of the Transfer Success Pathways (TSP) Program among community college students.
Some of the benefits from the partnership include giving priority admission to CHC students who complete an ADT and meet CSUSB application deadlines. Parchment integration will simplify transcript submissions, making administrative steps faster and more efficient.
“By simplifying the transfer process and strengthening support systems, we are paving the way for our students to achieve their academic and career aspirations seamlessly at California State University, San Bernardino,” said Kevin Horan, president of Crafton Hills College.
Tomas D. Morales, president of California State University, San Bernardino, added, “This partnership represents a significant step forward in our commitment to providing accessible and effective educational pathways for students in the Inland Empire. This collaboration with Crafton Hills College not only facilitates a smoother transition for students but also empowers them to achieve their academic and career goals.”
