Tenth annual Bucky Ball set for May 17

The San Bernardino County Museum (SBCM) Foundation will be holding its tenth annual Bucky Ball Gala on May 17, 2025. This significant event aims to blend culture, history, and education through a STEAM-focused approach.

The Exploration Station at the gala is designed to be a highly interactive experience that engages attendees in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM). This area is specifically crafted for families and children, providing hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Examples of activities available include exploring electric circuits and creating real-time topography, complete with simulations of water flow and rain. These engagements are designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for learning among all participants.

The SBCM Foundation operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the San Bernardino County Museum and its branches, such as the Victor Valley Museum.
