Inland Empire Community Foundation adds Charitable Giving Officer

Claudia Preza-Marin, CSPG, has been appointed the new Charitable Giving Officer for the Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF).

Preza-Marin has more than fourteen years of experience in the fundraising sector, specializing in major and planned gifts. In her previous position as Associate Director of Major Gifts at the International Rescue Committee, she played a pivotal role in raising funds for crisis and humanitarian aid relief globally.

Her background also includes work with Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.

Preza-Marin is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving and serves as secretary of the board for the Southern California Council of Charitable Gift Planners. Claudia earned her B.A. in English from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a master’s degree in International Studies from Claremont Graduate University, focusing on Latin America.

“I’m excited to meet the supporters who care so deeply for our rapidly growing region here in the Inland Empire,” said Preza-Marin. “I’m thrilled to work alongside the IECF team to raise funds and awareness for the benefit of my community.”
