A four-story, Class A office building in San Bernardino has been sold for $26.8 million.
The property at 451 East Vanderbilt Way is a 115,520-square-foot Class A office building at the Tri-City Corporate Centre, a 153-acre mixed-use office park near Hospitality Lane.
The seller was a joint venture between Harbor Associates and Taconic Capital Advisors. The buyer was the County of San Bernardino, which has been leasing two of the building’s floors.
Several renovations were completed prior to the sale including a new roof, elevator improvements and a renovated lobby.
The property is adjacent to the 10 and 215 freeways and within walking distance of restaurants, retail, and a health club.
