Sushi Miguel’s Style has opened up a San Bernardino restaurant at the Kendal Plaza located just South of the I-215 Palm exit. While the sign is not up yet, the balloons are for the newest member of San Bernardino’s growing restaurant industry.
The newest location of this local chain that also has restaurants in Colton, Fontana and Moreno Valley, boasts a wide menu of Sushi and other items including teriyaki, noodle and rice dishes. They also have a Sushi Bar that is open.
We stopped in for lunch this week and ordered the Popcorn, Dragon and Tiger rolls along with beverages. The rolls were fresh, and large-portioned that made this a good lunch for two people. We must recommend the Popcorn Roll which is made of deep-fried lobster and is simply delicious! The Tiger Roll, a spicy roll, is not as overpowering as some spicy rolls can be at other restaurants, so if you want to kick it up a couple degrees, just add a little more wasabi.
Our servers were friendly and attentive, and the food arrived quickly after we ordered.
This is a good sushi beginner’s restaurant if you have company that is new to the menu. They also have plenty of dishes for the non-sushi consumer. If you are a Sushi fan, you will not be disappointed either as the selections will match any of the local competition. The prices are also very reasonable for the cuisine.
We recommend you give Sushi Miguel’s Style a try at their newest location in San Bernardino.
