The Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) will be holding an open house this month for the public to learn about the Airport Gateway Specific Plan (AGSP).
The AGSP is the framework document for development of a 678-acre, mixed-use business park located immediately north of San Bernardino International Airport in the cities of San Bernardino and Highland. It extends to the north side of 6th Street except at the southwest and southeast corners of Del Rosa Drive and 6th Street where the Plan Area extends to the north side of 5th Street. The western boundary extends to the center line of Tippecanoe Avenue and is bounded by 210 to the east.
IVDA will be accepting public comments on the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report for the AGSP during their open house Thursday, January 12 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Sterling Natural Resource Center located at 25318 5th Street, Highland.
Public comment can also be sent to Myriam Beltran, 1601 E Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92408 or via email to [email protected].
