Family Operated Lotus Restaurant, Great Vietnamese and Chinese Food

If you travel Baseline Street often, the Lotus Restaurant just around the corner from Waterman Avenue is hard to miss with its bright green stand-alone building.  And while it has a small parking lot, the restaurant inside is spacious and welcoming, and the food is even better!

Unlike many restaurants, Lotus has not reduced their menu for the pandemic and offers a full array of Pho, vermicelli and rice dishes, along with appetizers and sandwiches.  With choices of beef, chicken, vegetarian and sea food, there is something on the menu for everyone.

We had the vermicelli with grilled pork and chicken and the  House Special vermicelli combo with pork, shrimp, chicken and egg rolls.  We also ordered a side of egg rolls.  The food was outstanding, fresh and tasty.

I have to tip my hat to the friendly service and speed of our order as well.  We ordered takeout this afternoon and the owners were extremely polite and appreciative of our business as I waited.

If you are looking for a great selection of Vietnamese food the Lotus Restaurant needs to be on your list of favorites in town.   You will experience great food, quick and friendly service, and extremely fair prices at this wonderful San Bernardino restaurant.
