The Buffet is Alive and Well at Hibachi Grill

The Buffet is Alive and Well at Hibachi Grill

We stopped by the Hibachi Grill Buffet in the Walmart Shopping Center on Highland Avenue this week to check on its status.  We are happy to report that it is in full operation and has been for some time.

COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on restaurants over the past two years, but it has been incredibly hard on the traditional buffet style restaurant business. Hometown Buffet completely closed all of their locations nationwide at the beginning of the year. Other chain restaurants haven’t fared much better.

It appears that for this dining experience to survive, it will be independent restaurants that make it so. Thankfully, it looks like that is what is happening here in San Bernardino with the independently operated Hibachi Grill!

With a broad, all-you-can-eat selection of Chinese dishes, sushi, seafood, ribs, roast beef and a salad bar, there are plenty of selections for everyone in your family.   Buffet dining is not made to order, but the many selections are kept fresh, tasty and available throughout your dining experience.

Once you are escorted to your table, your server asks for your drink order and you are free to grab a plate and begin your feasting which even includes crab and shrimp.  You can enjoy as many plates of food as you wish, they only request you finish your plate.

Your server will be by to check on your drink refills and they are friendly and compliant with Covid requirements at all times.

It was great to be back at the Hibachi Grill and if you are looking for an affordable, all-you-can-eat buffet experience, look no further than your local Walmart Shopping Center on the far east end of San Bernardino.
