San Manuel receives Great Place to Work Certification

The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians announced that the San Manuel Casino has received Certification from the Great Places to Work Institute, an authority on workplace culture, leadership behaviors, employee retention and increased innovation.

“Great Place to Work Certification™ isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work.

The survey by Great Place to Work® reported 85% of team members say that the casino is a great place to work, 89% are proud to tell others about their work, and 90% are proud of the way they contribute to the community.

“The Tribe is honored by this recognition and thankful to our team members for their dedication to making our enterprise what it is today.” said Laurens Vosloo, CEO, SMBMI. “The certification also comes at an exciting time as we work to welcome new team members to support our upcoming resort opening.”

San Manuel is looking to fill more than 1,000 openings for a new 432-room hotel and other casino operations. People interested in applying for one of the open positions can visit the San Manuel Recruitment Center at Ontario Millsor visit https://www.sanmanuelcareers.com/ .
